Service Writer

**All Trailer Repair is Hiring and we are looking for amazing people to join our team We are currently looking for a passionate, motivated, hardworking Service Advisor / Service Writer who can become a part of the All Trailer Repair family**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers into the shop and completing work orders with them
- Build quotes for work orders
- Order parts
- Source parts
- Troubleshoot problems
- Maintain inventory levels
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Be able to work with a team
- Provide friendly customer service

Qualifications / Experience:

- Service writer/service advisor experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Great communication skills
- High school diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

Salary and Benefits:

- Starting wage ranges between 20-28/hour based on experience
- Hourly wage is reevaluated after 3-month probationary period

Schedule:

- Full-Time Position
- 40-50 hours/week
- 8-10 hour shift
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Can change upon seasonality)
- Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
