**Job Summary**
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair styling services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. You will also play a key role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere at the salon, assisting with front desk duties, and promoting retail products to enhance the overall client experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' requests and offering professional advice on styles and products.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing phone inquiries.
- Upsell salon services and retail products to clients, enhancing their experience while contributing to salon revenue.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all supplies are stocked and readily available.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques and knowledge of hair care products.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in accordance with industry standards.
- Experience with retail sales and upselling techniques is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive client relationships.
- A valid cosmetology license is required.
