Position Overview

Responsibilities- Analyze and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics Business Central solutions.- Support and Maintenance: Ensure the Dynamics Business Central environment operates smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to end-users.- Leverage Dynamics F&O Expertise: Utilize knowledge of Dynamics F&O to assist in projects requiring integration or migration between Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics F&O.- Integrate with Dataverse and Power Platform: Enhance functionality and interoperability of Dynamics Business Central by leveraging Dataverse and Power Platform for seamless data flow and process automation.- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.- User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide user support to ensure effective utilization of Dynamics Business Central.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, consultants, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications- Experience: Proven experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics Business Central solutions.- Knowledge: Familiarity with Dynamics F&O and ability to leverage it in relevant projects.- Integration Expertise: Experience integrating Dynamics Business Central with Dataverse and Power Platform.- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.- Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications- Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics Business Central and/or Dynamics F&O.- Project Management: Experience managing or participating in Dynamics Business Central implementation projects.- Power Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
