**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of project needs.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Implement change management processes to address any shifts in project scope or direction.
- Monitor project progress through regular updates and status reports to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to promote collaboration.
- Utilize data collection techniques to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a productive work environment.
- Oversee product development initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of various methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Demonstrated ability in time management, ensuring projects are completed on schedule.
- Experience in data collection and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering to accurately capture stakeholder needs.
- Background in product management or development is preferred.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams effectively.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality results through effective project management practices.

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
