As we expand our operations, we are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our team.

**Job Summary**: As a Delivery Driver at DeliveryEase, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver prescription medications directly to our customers' doorstep. You will be responsible for picking up multiple prescriptions from partnering pharmacies and safely and promptly delivering them to customers' homes or designated locations with the guidance of our route optimization technology. Your exceptional driving skills, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service will contribute to our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Arrive at your designated pharmacy in a timely manner or when instructed by the pharmacy when dispatched on the app
- Safely and efficiently deliver prescription medications to customers in a timely manner
- Upload proof-of-delivery **and receive customer signature**
- Verify the accuracy of prescriptions and customer information before each delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour at all times
- Handle and resolve any delivery issues or customer concerns promptly and effectively
- Communicate with the pharmacy and customers to ensure completion of all deliveries
- Follow all relevant traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Valid G-class driver's license
- Vehicle with insurance
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role (Uber Eats, Skip the Dishes, etc.)
- Familiarity with the local area and efficient navigation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy in verifying prescriptions and customer information
- Availability to work flexible hours, including on-call, evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs
- Must pass a background check and vehicle check

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of prescription handling procedures and regulations

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
