- Process payments.
- Assisting the management team.
- Problem solving with guest experiences.
- Opening and closing duties.

**What we would like you to bring to the position**:

- Experience working in a hospitality, or customer service role
- Have worked in a spa environment
- Working knowledge of Book4Time software
- Experience in a leadership role
- **Communication**: Listen attentively to guest's questions and requests. Effectively share information about guest requests with relevant team members.
- **Organization**: Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as necessary. Strong administrative skills.
- **Personable**: Calm demeanor, professional appearance, positive and proactive attitude, and exhibits genuine and thoughtful hospitality in all interactions.
