**Job Summary**:The cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior of the plant, office areas and training rooms.

**Job Duties**:

- Operate vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers (interior only)
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
- Clean and stock washrooms, lunchrooms and training rooms
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs and repairs as required
- Ensure that security and safety measures are followed
- Other duties as required

**Employment requirements**:

- Previous cleaning and maintenance experience considered an asset.
- Demonstrate a dependable work ethic and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to handle physically demanding work.
