The Global Data Migrations Team within FNZ is accountable for managing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for all Migration projects. In this newly created opportunity, you will join the Migrations Test Team and, working closely with the Migration Project Manager and Analyst-Developer Lead, assume responsibility for managing the migration testing for your assigned project(s), ensuring that migration testing activities are delivered to a superior quality standard. In addition, and working with your Migration Test Manager and Migration Test Lead colleagues across the globe, you will form part of the Migration Test Management forum, helping to drive out testing process and technical improvements and will assist the ongoing recruitment, growth, and management of the global team.

Given the complexity of the data migration function, and the sensitive nature of the data, quality assurance and data protection are essential components of this business-critical role.

**Responsibilities**:
- Work with Migration PM’s, Solutions Consultants, Analyst-Developers and Analyst-Testers to devise, implement and execute data migration test strategies to ensure that the data migration has been achieved in a whole and accurate manner with no data loss or incorrect transformation of data- Discuss, understand, and document testing requirements with internal and external stakeholders- Ensure compliance against FNZ processes- Planning, documenting and managing of Migration test activities- Collaborate with both internal and external project colleagues and counterparts- Guide and support client testing counterparts in client testing and test assurance activities- Provide regular migration testing MI and status reporting to internal and external project stakeholders- Provide oversight and coaching to Migration Analyst Testers.

Experience Required- Experienced in a Test Lead/Test Manager position- Line (Personnel) Management and Performance Management experience- ISTQB Foundation Qualified- Extensive knowledge and experience of RDBMS, data-modelling and SQL- Experience in the use of a variety of testing and test management tools- Experience in a fast-moving environment- Experience and strong working knowledge of the Testing Lifecycle and testing process- Passion for testing and advanced testing as an engineering discipline- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines- Ability to work effectively and to prioritise own and team workload- The ability to manage teams, partner effectively cross-groups, manage multiple competing priorities and deliverables.
