**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist skilled tradespeople in the construction and renovation of buildings and structures.
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Load and unload materials as needed for construction projects.
- Help with the setup and teardown of scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
