Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Manager achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to drive results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed company goals
- Support the sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets
- Provide guidance and coaching to sales representatives to enhance their performance
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, provide feedback, and address any challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or similar role in the Live Events/Audio Visual industry
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Audio Visual: 5 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
