**Summary**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Anderdon Child Care Inc, located within Anderdon Public School. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission by creating a supportive learning environment for young children, guiding their educational journey and personal development.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote holistic development.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning at home.
- Maintain accurate records
- Encourage positive social interactions among children.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- **Qualifications**:

- Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree
- Proven experience in childcare or teaching roles with young children.
- Strong understanding of child development principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Leadership skills
- Commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all children.
- must provide police clearance (vulnerable sector check), TB test results, transcript or diploma, willing to obtain CPR/FIRST Aid
- Willing to work split shifts (before and after school)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.86-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
