**Duties**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers with their needs.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that may benefit the customer.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to provide effective solutions and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- (Motorcycle knowledge is not required)
- Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Bilingual is an asset but not a requirement
- Ability to analyze situations and provide appropriate solutions quickly.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques is a plus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $44,761.00 per year
