**Job Title**: Pallet Builder

**Location**: 225 Parker Street, Scoudouc, NB, E4P 3P7

**Shift**: Evening Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) / Day Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

**Base Salary**: $18/hr with potential income of $21-$28/hr based on production

Pallet Depot is seeking dedicated and hardworking Pallet Builders to join our team. This role requires individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle the physical demands of the job. Pallet repairs are performed manually, using tools such as clinch nailers, coil nailers, reciprocating saws, pry bars, and hammers. Attention to detail and adherence to company standards are crucial.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Construct and repair pallets by hand, following company standards.
- Utilize various tools including clinch nailers, coil nailers, reciprocating saws, pry bars, and hammers to repair pallets.
- Ensure attention to detail in all tasks.
- Follow directions accurately and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor consistently.

**Requirements**:

- Dependability and strong work ethic.
- Ability to adapt to the physical nature of the job.
- Functional communication skills in English.
- Day & Evening shift availability (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
