**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop customized lesson plans that cater to the unique learning styles and requirements of each student.
- Assist students with homework, exam preparation, and skill development to enhance their academic performance.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student confidence and motivation.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies and resources, including technology, to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding academic development.
- Collaborate with other educators to support students' overall educational experience.

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in both French and English.
- Strong enthusiasm or proven experience in regards to working with children in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of concepts and principles related to mathematics and/or science.
- Classroom experience or background in teaching is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus, enabling support for diverse learners.
- Excellent computer skills for utilizing educational software and online resources during tutoring sessions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues while demonstrating patience and understanding.
