EEC Industries is a leading custom sign manufacturer based in North Vancouver, BC. This family owned and operated company has been in business for 50 years providing sign design and fabrication to clients internationally.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Support Project Managers projects, from contract award through to project completion
- Work on project bids by disseminating required information from RFPs, doing take-offs from floor plans, and preparing quotes
- Creation of location plans
- Regular status meetings and communications with client to ensure project milestones are achieved and timelines are met
- Work closely with the design/art production team on the development of graphics and shop drawing packages
- Develop work orders for signage fabrication
- Coordinate installation of complete signage package

**Requirements**:

- Completion of post-secondary education in a related discipline.
- 1-3+ years previous work experience in a coordinator role or related school experience.
- Excellent command of the English language is mandatory.
- Strong technical computer skills and experience with graphics and editing software systems.
- Must be able to work on large scale projects with a high demand for focus and attention to detail.
- Strong team player that proactively tackles projects and supports the team as required.
