**Major Responsibilities**:

- To report directly to the Service Manager any and all matters pertaining to technical customer support, after sales service, Service Technicians and installation assistance
- To direct and schedule all Service Technician work assignments
- To provide guidance to and supervise job performance, conflict resolution and personal development of Service Technicians
- Perform inspections and quality performance tests on newly configured cells prior to the cells leaving Inovatech’s fabrication shop;
- Perform research, reporting finds and sending proposals to the development team for improvements;
- Write documentation for training and customer help purposes;
- Coordinate and act as point of contact for all other relevant Lincoln Electric departments to resolve
- issues relating (but not limited to) technical support;
- To provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
- To manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
- Ensure that all Service Technicians are trained with respect to onsite Environmental Health and Safety
- To diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- To documents service and installation actions by completing forms and reports
- To cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
- To comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
- To build positive relationships with customers
- To set up, assemble and repair machinery and parts
- To read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine how to proceed
- To participate in the implementation of various improvement projects
- To service, install, align, dismantle and move equipment
- To adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
- To prepare documents for machinery shipping
- To conduct any general duties, specific projects and responsibilities as assigned or required by the Service Manager or their designate in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- English literacy
- Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
- 30% to 40% travel requirement
- Positive attitude
- Deal with time constraints and deadlines
- Ability to train, motivate, coach employees on desired
