**job summary**
The residential paint consultant is a key member of our sales team, reporting to the owner or general manager, they will play a critical role in the sales process. The residential paint consultant is responsible for the full scope of the residential estimating process. They will help build relationships with customers, help market to find new customers, estimate projects, monitor cost to budget relations, update software and be involved with project management. This is a full-time role based in Saskatoon, SK.
**qualifications**
- Have a high school diploma,
- Have 1-3 years of sales experience
- Have a valid drivers license
- Provide references
**key responsibilities**
- Manage a team of dedicated marketers to get more people interested in working with us
- Talk to customers on how we can help bring life to their space through paint
- Meet with the customer to understand their needs and provide them with a quote
- Finalize contracts with customers and help the production manager see the job to completion
- Build, sell and manage our paint maintenance program

**compensation**
As an employee of Revive Painting & Wall Coverings, you will join a team of experienced professionals that combine high level work ethic with a laid back approach. This is a sales job so the pay is largely based on performance, the low end should be $80,000 of earning potential to $150,000. We offer a competitive salary and commission program, benefits, and are a family-friendly company that understands the flexibility required to successfully balance a demanding career with and a rewarding home-life. Work to live, not live to work.
