**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure safety and security.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify potential security threats.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
- Perform loss prevention duties by identifying suspicious activities and taking appropriate action.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, employees, and visitors.
- Prepare detailed reports of incidents and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to security protocols.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in law enforcement or security-related fields is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment, including CCTV systems.
- De-Escalation (NVCI / MOAB) and Use of Force training is preferred.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making abilities.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.00-$18.40 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 36 per week
