**Responsibilities**

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival
  • Seat guests and provide them with menus
  • Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
  • Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth service
  • Provide guests with information about the restaurant, including specials and promotions
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary

**Skills**

  • Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is beneficial
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle guest concerns effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel or guest services is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
