**EMPLOYMENT**: Full Time Year Round

Basic skill set should include:

- Framing
- Drywall/Taping/Painting
- Finish carpentry, Base & case
- Door and window installation
- Flooring (carpet, hardwoods, LVT, laminate etc.)
- Cabinetry install
- Tiling (Floor, kitchen and bath)
- Basic plumbing and electrical

Typical projects include but are not limited to; basement, bathroom and kitchen renovations and exterior work including soffit/facia, decks, fences, siding, etc.

**WAGE**: $22.00 - $30.00/hour dependent on experience

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EDUCATION**
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in residential construction
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and insurance
- High school diploma
- Clean criminal record
- Must have own tools and safety equipment (steel-toed boots, etc.) and a reliable vehicle with the ability to travel to all areas of the city
- Ability to perform physically demanding work

Work as Independent Contractor or Employee

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $30.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
