Better Way Home Care is looking for Certified Health Care Aides to join their team in the Red Deer area
Available to work 12-hour shifts.
- Personal care such as transferring, positioning, and mobility assistance
- Assist & remind clients to take their medications
- Assist with Simple Wound Care
- Health education
- Meal planning and specialized diets
- Assistance with therapeutic exercises
- Collaboration with healthcare professionals
- Companionship and emotional support
**Requirements**:
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Clean police check with vulnerable sector within 90 days
- Excellent health
- BLS
- Credentials including HCA certification and registration on the HCA Directory
- Alberta Driver’s License & reliable vehicle w/ commercial insurance
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $250.00 per day
