**Summary**:
Stellar Creative Lab is looking for a Matte Painting Artist to join our team in Vancouver/Ontario, for a colourful and playful project.

**Your Main Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create 2d background paintings
- Create set extensions using camera projections
- Communicate with the Lighting and Compositing Department to make sure the shots are delivered according to their requirements
- Collaborate with the CG Supervisor to define the overall approach for each environment

**Your Experience, Talents and Abilities**:

- Background painting experience
- Matte Painting & camera projection experience
- Extensive experience with Photoshop, Maya and/or Nuke
- An appreciation for constructive feedback & collaboration
- Strong time management & comfortable hitting deadlines
- Eligible to work in B.C.
