Customer Experience/sales Associate

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a self motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic apparel team. In this role you will be client facing taking daily requests, creating presentation, sourcing products, quoting jobs and coordinating with our production team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and building strategic relationships while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, award winning apparel company.
**Responsibilities**
- Mange strategic partnerships with new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities with for cross-sell and upsell.
- Sourcing promotional products.
- Coordinating customer orders with approved suppliers and in-house production.
- Estimating using in-house software to communicate with clients.
- Working with production team to coordinate jobs and timelines
- Creating client presentations, pitch docs and mockups with our creative design team.
- Attend weekly sales meetings presenting current sales pipeline and customer requests.
- Interact with customers in our showroom
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Customer Service and Account Management in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Knowledge of the apparel production and decoration process.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Self motivated and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,500.00 per year
