**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and engage with children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Assist with homework and educational activities to support children's learning.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including tidying up play areas and children's rooms.
- Provide care for children, adapting activities to meet their unique needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Implement routines that include playtime, meal times, nap times, and other daily activities.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience working with children in a babysitting or nanny capacity is essential.
- Strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare healthy meals tailored to children's preferences.
- Experience in caregiving is highly desirable.
- Excellent cleaning skills to maintain a tidy living space while caring for children.
- Ability to teach basic concepts through fun activities and games.
- A patient, nurturing demeanor with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
