The Room Attendant provides a superior level of guest room cleaning service. This position maintains and exceeds Scott's Inn standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answers guest questions or assist them to where they can get the answer
- Stocks carts daily
- Reporting all maintenance problems within rooms and hallways to the maintenance department
- using work orders or to the direct manager
- Cleans multiple guest rooms (make beds, fold sheets, remove trash, remove dirty linens, dust,
- vacuum, etc.) while maintaining or exceeding Hotel standards
- Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a positive attitude and works well with other team members
- 3 years of housekeeping experience in an upscale hotel
- A team player
- Able to multi-task and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to communicate effectively in English both written and verbal
- Posses good attention to detail and have strong organizational skills
- Able to complete repetitive tasks including bending, lifting, and stretching

Working Conditions
- Fast paced environment
- Standing/walking for long periods of time
- Variety of hours
- morning, afternoon, evening, weekends, weekdays, holidays

Physical requirements
- Ability to push, pull, reach, bend, stoop, kneel & lift to 25 pounds
