As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and experienced **Procurement Officer** to join our growing team.

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and policies.
- Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate optimal terms, including pricing, delivery, and quality.
- Manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure timely material availability.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and pricing fluctuations.
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly and maintain strong, compliant supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with the quality control and logistics teams to ensure materials meet standards and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal HACCP/quality assurance protocols.
- Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and cost-saving analysis for management.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in food manufacturing or bottling.
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., SCMP, CPP, or APICS) is an asset.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vendor compliance, logistics coordination, and HACCP requirements is a plus.
