**Product Manager**
The Product Manager, Software position will guide the development of our commercial software products and create market leading solutions. You will interact with customers, business owners and technical leaders to ensure solutions meet the needs of our stakeholders. You will demonstrate the ability to being a self-starter and perform well under pressure while successfully meeting business objectives.
Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain and communicate a quarterly product roadmap which advances a competitive product portfolio while eliminating tech debt and resolving high priority customer issues
- Design modern business processes and drive a UI/UX framework to support modern usability objectives
- Create product backlog by performing ROM estimates, leading the quarterly prioritization process, creating the necessary epics for engineering and communicating priorities & status to stakeholders
- Establish outcome-based schedules for engineering sprint planning and oversee delivery of releases as part of the commercialization process
- Perform validation & acceptance testing, assist in the development of product documentation & training materials and perform demonstrations
Skills/Knowledge (5 years +):
- Experience with planning and implementing a product roadmap
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with and lead cross-functional teams
- Knowledge or experience of printing industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
