One of Ontario's leading Construction Management firms is growing and is currently seeking a Site Superintendent to join their ICI division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor the construction, start-up, and commissioning of the mechanical, electrical, communication, security.
- Assist the Project Team to ensure the project complies with engineering standards, codes, drawings, and specification
- Prepare mechanical, electrical, and commissioning schedule data for integration with overall project schedule.
- Work with BIM coordinator and subcontractors through clash detection process.
- Skills & Experience

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical Coordination.
- ICI construction experience, with experience organization, following quality control procedures.
- Strong communication skills, with leadership abilities to manage relationships with trades to ensure the project is completed efficiently
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
