**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement and Needs Assessment-**Greet customers, build rapport, and determine their vehicle needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening.

**Product Knowledge and Presentation-**Stay informed about the dealership's inventory, features, and promotions, and present vehicles in a compelling way that highlights their value and benefits.

**Test Drives and Demonstrations-**Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, pointing out features and answering questions to help them make informed decisions.

**Negotiation and Closing Sales-**Discuss pricing, trade-ins, financing options, and work towards finalizing the sale in a way that meets both the customer's needs and dealership goals

.**Post-Sale Follow-Up and Customer Service-**Maintain contact after the sale to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Valid OMVIC License**
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
- Automotive sales or customer service preferred (although we are willing to train individuals with sales experience in other industries)
- Positive attitude
- Accountable and Dependable
- Works well in a team environment
- Performance Driven
- Excellent customer service skills
