**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items on the grill according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
- Assist in meal preparation, including marinating, seasoning, and portioning ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the restaurant environment.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or as a cook in a restaurant setting is an asset.
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are crucial.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures is beneficial.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 26 per week
