This Parts role is a vital role at our dealership. It requires organizational skills, excellent communication skills (listening and speaking). Problem solving skills and requires the ability to think clearly under pressure. Customer satisfaction is the main priority of this role.

Ensure that all customers’ needs are met, work directly with Parts Manager, Technicians and the Retail Public.

Assists the Parts Manager in managing the parts department to ensure that customers’ needs are met. Assists internal and external customers with parts requests to ensure that the correct part is obtained the first time. Helps increase focus on business growth and profitability. This includes identifying correct parts and locating them in inventory or ordering the requested part. Assists in the operations of the Parts Departments by maintaining and tracking the parts inventory and accessories.
