Line cook tasks include:

- setting up and stocking food items and other necessary supplies.
- preparing food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- responsible for inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
- assist washing dishes when needed

- Cooking: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
