**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Are you passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin and boosting their self-confidence? We are seeking an exceptional medical esthetician to join our team at theBespoke\\WellnessGroup, playing a pivotal role in delivering top-tier skincare services tailored to our clients' individual needs and goals.

At theBespoke\\WellnessGroup, we specialize in leveraging the science of skincare, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as stem cells, genetics testing, nutrients and hormones lab testing, and AI-generated skin analysis. We o er ground-breaking science based treatments including stem cell rejuvenation from Acorn Biolabs, HydrafacialTM system for medical facials, mesotherapy that combines nutrients and neurotoxins to optimize skin health, and a personalized serum from UniverskinTM.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Skin analysis: Conduct comprehensive skin assessments to identify clients' skin type, conditions, and concerns, including acne, dryness, aging, and sensitivity.

Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their skincare goals and concerns, offering personalized recommendations and treatment plans.

Facials and treatments: Administer a range of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and facial masks, customized to address specific skin issues.

Product knowledge: Stay informed about skincare products and educate clients on their proper use, recommending products that align with their skincare routines.

Record keeping: Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatment history, skin reactions or allergies, and product recommendations.

Sales and retail: Promote and sell skincare products, providing tailored recommendations to clients and driving retail sales.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Medical Esthetician training: Valid medical esthetician certificate.

Skincare knowledge: In-depth understanding of skincare products, techniques, and treatment modalities in the marketplace.

Customer service skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional service.

Attention to detail: Ability to perform treatments with precision, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.

Sales skills: Strong sales abilities to effectively recommend and sell skincare products.
