They work closely with the business stakeholders to understand their needs and then document and facilitate the integration of business and functional requirements into project plans. The **_Business Application Analyst_** will then work with business stakeholders and I.T to design and implement functional and cost-efficient IT systems that meet cross-functional organizational needs.

**You will**:

- Act as a liaison
- Provide support
- Coordinate with consultants and developers
- Manage and maintain version upgrades
- Research and Analyze
- Develop and implement

**Minimum Requirements**:
System experiences: ERP (Exact Globe), SalesForce, HubSpot, EDI, QMS, Minitab, Visio

Prior employment Experience : 3 to 5 years Business Analyst and ERP specialist

Experienced in Pharma Industry, CGMP, and ERP implementations

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Travel requirement 25% (the USA and Canada)

Proven experience leading or being heavily involved in an ERP implementation

Strong business acumen with an understanding of all order-to-cash functions

Experience with change management

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Basic knowledge of database structures (SQL)

Ability to function in a fast environment with multiple unrelate projects at one time
