Banquet Server

**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our staff pool, where they will be called on need to work basis. No set hours are guaranteed you will have the option of accepting or declining the shifts when assigned.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during events and banquets, ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. You will work closely with the catering team to set up, serve, and clean up after events, maintaining a high standard of hospitality throughout.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with the preparation of food items as needed, adhering to food safety and handling guidelines.
- Ensure that all guest needs are met promptly and efficiently during events.
- Clear tables and clean up after events, ensuring all areas are left tidy and organized.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service throughout the event.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bartending skills are a plus for serving beverages at events.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
- Previous experience in hotel or banquet settings is advantageous but not required.
