**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for early childhood education.
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment for children.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to children with special needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and families regarding their child's progress.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and behavior.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment.
- Engage children in interactive and educational activities to promote their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Foster a love for learning through creative teaching methods.
- Attend to children’s physical needs for diapering, toileting, eating and sleeping.
- Sanitizing toys and maintaining the neat and clean environment on daily basis.

**Requirements**:

- Early Childhood Education Assistant certificate is required.
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to provide leadership and guidance to assistant teachers or classroom aides.
- Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for record keeping and documentation.

Pay: $17.40-$18.40 per hour
