**Location**: Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Testing, software loading & configuration of various types of telecommunication equipment (4G/LTE/5G radios, Microwave, Small Cell, Pico Cell, etc.)
- Fiber optic cleaning & testing
- Final inspection of project before deployment (validate all items are included, assembly is correct, testing is complete, etc.)
- Entering data into MOBIA’s project management tool
- Working with the team to RMA defective devices
- Other duties as required.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of previous telecom experience
- Experience working with & testing fiber optic cables
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment to meet customer deadlines
- This is a warehouse production-based position, but the ability to occasionally travel or work in the field is an asset
- Bilingual is an asset but not required
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail
- Ability to think critically
