Sub-Contract Cleaner

Presently, we are seeking sub-contract cleaners with commercial cleaning experience for various locations in **Lower Mainland, BC.**

This is a sub-contract position where you have your own company, equipment and labour and we contract work to you. Work is performed outside business hours.

The price range can range from $300 to $3000 depending on the schedule of work.

**Responsibilities**
- General cleaning, including, but not limited to:

- Trash removal and dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms
- Completing work to the standard
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Other duties as assigned
- Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client on location

**Qualifications**
- 2 years experience with commercial cleaning
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Punctual, reliable and excellent communication skills
- Must be able to provide your own cleaning supplies, such as auto scrubbber and a buffer
- Valid WHMIS Certificate
