**This role is part of** Revenue Growth Management (RGM) department plays a central role in leading the company’s commercial strategy on all product categories.

**The role is responsible for** the RGM Manager, Pricing and Total Customer Investement will pay an important role in helping develop, strategically execute, and measure the success of various multi-channel pricing and total customer investment (TCI) initiatives which touch multiple product categories (tailor made cigarettes, vaping products, other.

**Reports to**:RGM Senior Manager, Pricing and Total Customer Investement

**Reporting Level**: No Direct Reports

**Geographic Scope**:Canada

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Maintain a sustainable and agile new categories pricing environment with a focus on continuously identifying commercial opportunities, whilst ensuring ITCAN brands are positioned competitively and for growth
- Lead and track the strategic execution of new category pricing and multi-category TCI, in coordination with trade marketing, key accounts, sales, and activation. Generate commercial and consumer insights through analysis leveraging multiple data sources; internal reports, POS data, consumer data, vape store data, etc.
- Actively participate and contribute to discussions on multi-channel TCI strategy, leveraging consumer / commercial insights and learnings to continuously benchmark & strengthen ITCAN’s offers
- Accelerate RGM mindset adoption across organization by leveraging digital capabilities, Vistex, Data analytics & trade partnership evolution through more effective & targeted MPI & TCI strategies/tactics. Results to be measured based on pricing & TCI delivery & improvements on NTO & GM/unit in New Categories

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**

**Experience Required**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the CPG industry

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- (Proficiency with MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Proficiency with analytical frameworks and data analysis
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of a P&L
- Understanding of category management and category development frameworks
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
- Proven ability to simplify and drive process efficiencies

**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or other related/relevant fields
