The University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI) is located on Epekwitk, part of the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi'kmaw nation. **Qualifications**:
Applicants for this position should have a demonstrated track record of (or possess the clear potential to excel in) research and teaching in any combination of the following areas: Indigenous histories, worldviews, social and/or physical sciences, determinants of health, governance and legal systems, cultural practices, language, arts, literature, entrepreneurship, and research. Successful applicants should be team-focused, working with and learning from multiple communities of interest, to strengthen the faculty and its developing program.
