Our BIM team, has the mission of assisting all projects (in the submission, design-construction and execution phase), to take advantage of the information available to them, by using digital tools to enable it to be utilized to its full potential. The team has developed several effective BIM processes with the sole mission: to help their colleagues from different EBC teams (estimation, project execution, legal, quality) and enable them to achieve objectives more easily.

More precisely, the Modeler is responsible for:

- Creating lifting, formwork, excavation and other various plans;
- Modeling/drawing elements of the projects to which they are assigned;
- Modeling ground surfaces and calculating volumes;
- Modeling and planning the changes made during the project in order to establish costs;
- Producing conceptual and technical plans for various elements related to EBC’s working methods;
- Performing simple automation and basic programming in Autodesk Dynamo;
- Providing support to users on BIM software;
- Participating in technological testing, as well as deployment;
- Developing, implementing, disseminating, enforcing, and updating project BIM standards, in accordance with company guidelines;
- Resolving issues in a BIM modeling environment;
- Participating in the start-up of new projects;
- Developing technical documentation;
- Attending and participating in internal and external meetings;
- Performing all other related tasks related to InfraWorks, Civil3D, Inventor, Primavera, TPL, and IT support, in accordance with company guidelines.

Degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Surveying, or MEP Technology, or a combination of training and experience in the construction industry; 5 or more years of relevant experience with Autodesk Civil3D, Revit, Infrawork, Inventor or other related software; BIM experience in the engineering and construction industry; Civil project expertise; Bilingual - Written and oral fluency, in French and English. Additional: Very good ability to collaborate and good communication skills; Sense of observation and analysis; Sense of organization and planning; Autonomy and good judgment; Ability to handle pressure; Professionalism and discretion; Thoroughness, efficiency and speed; Must have good technical knowledge in surveying and construction.
