**What is the opportunity?**
The role will be responsible in the day to day management of projects in partnership with 3rd party research vendors and on the Qualtrics platform, which includes interpretation and integration of client data and research findings that supports revenue growth and competitiveness in the marketplace.
**What will you do?**
- Supports Research Managers in the management and administration of primary studies. Manages all administrative work in the execution of research including: proposal/research agency follow-up, client list requests, sample designs, research line up-dates (district notification letter).
- Be responsible for the day to day management from initiation through executing field work to reporting on client insights throughout the process either via in-house survey tools or working in partnership with 3rd party research vendors
- Ensure project task activities are completed through personal production, internal support teams and vendors
- Build strong, effective and professional working relationships with all stakeholders by working towards win/win solutions
- Proactively anticipate, troubleshoot, overcome, and/or escalate project challenges in a timely manner
- Leverage knowledge from CXDI and the enterprise to uncover better insights by bringing in multiple information sources
- Participate in cross-functional teams to signal market trends, identify business opportunities & emerging market segments, and relevant positioning, value proposition and potential product development/ enhancements
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
