**Responsibilities**:
- Managing several projects and deadlines simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
- Extensive and detailed document and file management.
- Direct client contact and Canada Revenue Agency liaison.
- Researching a variety of tax, legal and business topics.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Partner.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize and time manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, multi-tasking, with an acute attention to detail.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently and achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Presentation skills.
- Scheduling and travel logistics.
- Research skills.
**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Legal Assistant / Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years’

**Salary**: $55-65K, based on experience. Benefit plan included.
