Digital Project Manager

The digital project manager is responsible for the planning, execution and management of digital marketing projects with the goal of enhancing the digital customer experience, creating online tools and increasing brand awareness for over 25 different brands through various improvement initiatives.

This professional will also help guide and develop in-house digital marketing expertise and capabilities within the organization. The digital project manager will actively monitor digital trends and act as a source of guidance, in regard to the development of best digital marketing practices for both the Digital Operations team and other units in the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead digital and interdepartmental projects by:

- Planning and managing all phases of the projects;
- Ensuring quality execution and that best practices and guidelines are aligned;
- Overseeing project budget;
- Establishing priorities for all tasks to reach the project's objectives;
- Allocating and aligning appropriate resources;
- Manage the day-to-day activities associated with project management tasks, including coordination of internal and external requests, monitoring progress, engaging stakeholders, managing risks, and reporting as necessary;
- Participate through various projects on the ABG digital transformation and the enhancement of our global digital platforms, including but not limited to the onboarding of new brand websites onto our CMS, DAM and PIM systems;
- Participate in the global digital performance strategy;
- Monitor digital trends and competition activities and act as a source of guidance about the development of digital marketing practices;
- Demonstrate ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure a digital-first strategy;
- Work closely with the internal teams and external service providers when developing enhancements for our digital tools and infrastructure optimization;
- Ensure consistent brand guidelines across all digital assets;

**Skills and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or project management
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required - Bilingualism (French) is an asset
- Excellent computer skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good knowledge of UX/UI best practices
- Previous experience and/or basic understanding of the following platforms is an asset: PIM and/or other data management, DAM, CMS, 3D configurator, e-commerce
- Knowledge and understanding of customer journey and SEO best practices is an asset
- Basic knowledge of Smartsheet or similar tool is an asset
