St John's, Canada Bear Cleaners & Supply Full time

**Duties include**:
Emptying trash containers, sanitizing touch points, cleaning washrooms, lunchrooms and offices. We also clean newly constructed homes, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, rug cleaning, floor stripping and waxing and window cleaning...all sorts of cleaning.

We pay $1.00 - $2.00 per hour extra for most work other than office cleaning. Office building cleaning in the St. John's and surrounding area. This is a particular type of work where attention to detail is very important.

**We need drivers**:
5 years of driving experience with a Canadian driver's license (Preferably NL), and no accidents in the past 5 years qualifies you to drive our company vehicles.

If you can (or want to) use your own car, we do pay mileage (when you use your own vehicle) of $0.40/km.

**Requirements**:

- Driving license.
- A recent clear record of conduct from the local police will be required.
- _No experience required. We provide training._
- Physically able to complete regular cleaning tasks that involves, kneeling, bending, repetitive motions.
- Room for advancement and grow with the company.
- Basic computer skills are required.

**Salary**: $15.25 (probation, 3 months) then $15.75 to $18.75 /hour, negotiable
