Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond to IT issues; provide technical support across the company
- Set up accounts for new users; manage access control
- Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in firewall management and LAN configuration
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Strong technical support skills including Jira usage
- Knowledge of MacOS systems
- Understanding of computer networking principles
- Ability to provide IT support for software troubleshooting

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience in IT support roles
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques
