Revelstoke Credit Union is excited to announce we are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to work on our front line as a Member Service Representative(Teller). This role is an entry-level position in a highly visible Member service-oriented organization. This job will be attractive to people looking for a career or interested in Finance. The skills and desire to provide excellent service are essential.

Key Areas of Accountability:

- Respond to member requests, delivering fast and efficient service, assisting with transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, cheque cashing/ordering, bill payments, money orders and transfers, and foreign currency exchanges.
- Resolve problems at the first point of contact where possible and refer more complex situations to senior employees.
- Adhere to compliance routines in carrying out transactions.

Qualifications:

- Secondary School Diploma
- 0 - 1 year experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Member service orientation, driven to help members meet needs or resolve problems
- Team player, driven to ensure that the whole RCU team is successful in meeting member needs
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development
- Industry experience in financial services, retail, hospitality, etc. is an asset
- **Must be available to work all shifts including Tue-Friday 8:30 - 5:15, and Saturday 8:45 am-1:15 pm.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35.5 per week
