Cam Clark Automotive Group is seeking an experienced **Service Advisor**for our Cam Clark Ford location in **Olds, AB.**

- **You will be accountable for**:_
- Greeting customers and creating an exceptional experience for our guests, from intake to release of their vehicles.
- Completing vehicle walk-around and advising guests on recommended maintenance and repairs.
- Setting clear expectations and keeping guests updated regarding vehicle status and any changes in the cost-estimation. Promise time, or service recommendations.
- Translating customer-reported problems into actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
- Work closely with Technicians and Parts Department to prepare estimates of labour hours and parts required for repairs.
- Verifying post-maintenance checks have been performed to ensure properly repaired vehicles.
- Invoicing and collecting payment from guests and charging accounts for services rendered.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and entering data into the computer database.
- Other duties as assigned.
- **To be successful in this role, you must have**:_
- A valid driver’s licence and a clean driver's abstract
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excels at being part of a team
- Strong computer skills
- Punctual and reliable
- DMS experience, specifically PBS, is considered an asset
- Experience in the automotive industry is considered an asset
