**Your Opportunity**

Heartland Ford Service is seeking a Fourth Year OR Journey Person technician to join our busy dealership. You will play a crucial role in our customers experience by conducting diagnostic procedures, repairs and maintenance.

**Your Key Responsibilities**.
- Perform diagnostic, repairs and maintenance on vehicles
- Maintain efficiency and accuracy when diagnosing and repairing vehicles
- Use power tools, machine tools and hand tools
- Review work orders and discuss findings with appropriate team members
- Mentor, coach and support the development of apprentices in the department
- Demonstrate and follow a healthy and safe work environment

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- Experience working on Ford specific vehicles is considered an asset, but not required
- Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to provide a clean drivers abstract
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Efficient problem-solving skills
