Product Specialist

Become the first point of contact as you walk into the dealership and the last person they see as they drive away in their new vehicle. You will be the product and technology expert for our clients and the go-to resource for vehicle feature operation, software and new product launches. Applicants must be comfortable using social media to gain exposure to our product offerings and themselves.

**Responsibilities**
- Exceptional knowledge of new and used vehicles currently available in-stock and available to order.
- Assist clients, with aid of management, in selecting a new or used vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses, resulting in a strong rapport.
- Assist with test drives and general product knowledge while focusing on features, performance, options, and accessories.
- Work with clients to accessorize their vehicle to better to fit their lifestyle.
- Assist with deliveries to ensure clients are well versed in the features of their purchase. Activate any available remote operational software on mobile devices.
- Report to Sales Management regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis.
- Utilize social media to help market vehicles and yourself
- Track leads and the customers journey through our CRM software
- Ensure customer leads are tracked and followed up with in a timely manner
- Assist with showroom and lot organization

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Enthusiastic and energetic attitude with an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Quality customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
- Demonstrate the ability to organize and work with others to achieve overall goals.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills as well as the ability to perform individually and with a team.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract.
